Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $75, FREE on international orders over $150, and $25 on international orders below $150
Most orders process and ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All orders placed after 1pm PST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm PST and on the weekends will likely be shipped the following Monday.
We ship worldwide with the exception of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Syria, and Sudan, Russia, and Brazil.
At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing all the information you'll need. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking page to update. Also, you can track your order through your account portal.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.
All orders will be processed in US dollars.
First, confirm your billing address. It needs to be match exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. Usually this is clears it up.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It shouldn't take more than an hour.
If you need to change something and it is within 2-3 hours, please contact us ASAP. We may be able to edit your existing order.
Unfortunately we cannot add on to an existing order. Contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
If your order was canceled seemingly out of the blue, chances are it was marked as potentially fraudulent by our system. If it is not fraudulent, please order again through Paypal. At times, products go out of stock quickly and it may have been backordered. In any case, you will be notified via email by one of us with all information.
Unfulfilled just means we have received and processed your order. Once it is shipped, the status will change to "fulfilled" and you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Yes, we cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. All applicable customs and import duties, taxes and any other fees are the responsibility of the Customer. Your package is shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
While this is a rare occurrence, sometimes we make mistakes. Contact us at email@example.com and we will get you the correct item.
Changed your mind? Within 60 days of delivery, we accept for return or store credit any brand new product. We offer free and easy returns for all of our domestic customers for orders over $150.00. Contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org to create the return. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. For international customers with orders under $300.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. All items purchased on sale, during a promotion are final sale. Custom orders are final sale as well.
As long as it is unworn and in original condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery and we will get you the correct size. For domestic orders over $150, it is completely free. For international orders, a $30 charge will apply.
All of our jewelry is made of the highest quality and finest materials. We use semi-precious stones, and .925 sterling silver for most pieces. In some instances, we use brass with a thick plating of 18k gold as it holds up best during day-to-day wear.

We offer a 1 year guarantee against any manufacturer defects and will replace any item of defective jewelry. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear-and-tear and anything other than a manufacturer defect.
